Welcome to Mrs. Paiano and Miss Khala

In Room 206 we work as a team! We are fortunate to have three similar minds working together to provide enriching learning experiences for the children. It is amazing how many creative ideas stem from our team work and collaboration.

Below is a little more about Mrs. Paiano and Miss Khala:

Mrs. Debora Paiano:

This is my third year teaching Full Day Kindergarten. I am excited to begin this new journey at St. Anslem School. My previous experience includes teaching grade 3 and grade 6 with the Toronto Catholic District School Board. I’m sure this will be a great year with new opportunities for learning and discovery! Let’s let the magic of Kindergarten begin!

Miss Mary Khala (ECE):

I have been an Early Childhood Educator for the past seven years working with children from 2 weeks to 12 years of age. This is my second year working in the Full Day Kindergarten program with the TCDSB and I am loving every minute of it! Working with children is a passion of mine. I enjoy everything about my job from interacting, teaching, and learning with the children! Within this past year, I knew my heart belonged in the Kindergarten program as an ECE. Currently, I am enrolled at the University of Guelph at Humber and I am completing my Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education. I am looking forward to this new chapter in my life and to starting my journey educating the young children I teach. I plan on having fun experimenting and exploring in the process!
